Orchard Road Business Association and Singapore Tourism Board are organising the Pedestrian Night On Orchard Road on Saturday, 7 February 2015.
2 To facilitate the event, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic during the stipulated period on Saturday, 7 February 2015:

The carriageway of Mount Elizabeth in the direction of Orchard Road (between Nutmeg Road and Orchard Road). |
3 During the road closures, access into the above-mentioned roads will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles.
4 Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking indiscriminately and causing obstruction will be towed away.
