The Police have arrested two 15-year-old youths for their suspected involvement in a series of theft from motor vehicles.
Between 15 and 17 March 2020, the Police were alerted to multiple cases of theft from motor vehicles along Hacienda Grove.
Through follow-up investigations and with the aid of images from CCTV cameras, officers from Bedok Police Division established the identity of the two youths and arrested them on 18 March 2020.
Investigations are ongoing. The offence of theft under Section 379 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224, carries an imprisonment term of up to 3 years, or fine, or both.
