The redesigned NPPs have now been converted into touch-screen self-help kiosks where members of public may use to access Police services with ease. The self-help services available are:

- Application for Qualified Driving Licence

The following services are no longer available at the redesigned NPPs:
- Report a Change of NRIC address
- Register Death or Still-birth
Should members of public require the services which are no longer available at the redesigned NPPs, they may proceed to the nearest NPC or alternate NPPs for assistance.
