The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is aware that the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has designated additional entities in the OFAC Sanctions List on 9 September 2026, including SafeW Technology Co. Ltd, which was listed as being based in Singapore. 

There is no information or evidence to substantiate the claim that SafeW Technology Co. Ltd is incorporated in Singapore. The SPF is in contact with the US authorities on this matter. 

Singapore does not tolerate corporate entities that use Singapore as a base, or claims of association with Singapore, to facilitate criminal activities and will take firm action if we detect any wrongdoing.
