Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 63-year-old Meedon Bin Oray to come forward.
Mr Meedon, a former resident of Banyan Home at Buangkok Green had passed away at Tan Tock Seng Hospital on 21 January 2015.
The next-of-kin or anyone with information on Mr Meedon is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000. Information can also be submitted at www.spf.gov.sg/iwitness. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
