The Singapore Police Force, together with the Singapore Civil Defence Force and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, will conduct an emergency preparedness exercise codenamed ‘Exercise Heartbeat’ on Sunday, 23 October 2016 at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital Tower A. The exercise will take place from 6.00pm to 6.30pm.

Signages indicating ‘Exercise-In-Progress’ will be on display, and cordons will be set up within the exercise venue. Blanks and sparklers will be used during the Exercise. Members of the public are advised not to be alarmed by the loud sounds and exercise activities.

Exercise Heartbeat will help our community-at-large prepare for terrorist attack scenarios. Members of the public may call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000 if they have further queries. Together, we can keep Singapore safe and secure.
