    Joint Enforcement Blitz Nets 17

    Seventeen subjects were arrested following a 16-hour joint enforcement operation that commenced from 9.30 am on 17 March 2015.  

     

              The operation was jointly led by Ang Mo Kio Police Division and Central Narcotics Bureau Enforcement “F” Division, and supported by officers from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).  The officers conducted checks at public entertainment outlets and public housing estates in Hougang, Ang Mo Kio, Yishun and Sembawang. A total of 17 persons were arrested for drug-related offences.

     

               Drugs seized in the operation included one straw of Heroin, two packets of Ice and two tablets of Erimin-5. 

     

              Investigations against the subjects arrested are ongoing.
