The Police have identified two 15-year-old male suspects who are believed to be involved in a case of vandalism, reported at Blk 9 Marsiling Drive.

 

On 14 June 2016 at about 11.40am, the Police were informed that the 16th to 22nd floor parapet wall at Blk 9 Marsiling Drive had been spray-painted with graffiti. Officers from Jurong Police Division pursued all available leads immediately. Through intensive probes, extensive ground enquiries and protracted investigations by the officers, the identities of the two suspects were established.

 

Investigation against the two suspects are ongoing.

 

The offence of Vandalism under Section 3 of the Vandalism Act, Chapter 341 carries a punishment of imprisonment of up to three years or fine up to $2,000, and caning of not less than three strokes and not more than eight strokes.
