The Deepavali Festival Village 2016 will be held from Saturday, 24 September to Tuesday, 1 November 2016.
To facilitate the event, Hastings Road will be closed to vehicular traffic from 10.00 am on Thursday, 22 September 2016 to 5.00 pm on Tuesday, 1 November 2016.
During the road closure, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles.
Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
