The Civil Service Club Singapore Duathlon 2016 will be held on Saturday, 19 November 2016.
To facilitate the event, East Coast Park Service Road (between Carpark F1 and National Sailing Centre) will be closed to vehicular traffic on Saturday, 19 November 2016 from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm.
During the road closure, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles.
Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
