The Police have arrested a 25-year-old man for his suspected involvement in a case of House-breaking by Night at Blk 175A Punggol Field.
On 17 December 2016 at about 7.07am, the Police received a report that an unknown subject had climbed into a residential unit on the 17th floor of Blk 175A Punggol Field.
Officers from Ang Mo Kio Division conducted extensive ground enquiries and established the identity of the suspect, who was arrested on the same day at 3.45pm.
Investigations into the case are still ongoing. Anyone convicted for the offence of House-breaking by Night under Section 456 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 years, and shall also be liable to fine.
