To facilitate the event, the following roads and lanes will be closed to vehicular traffic during the stipulated period:

  1. 3 right lanes of Cecil Street (between Church Street and Finlayson Green)
  1. Cecil Street (between Telok Ayer Street and Church Street)
  1. Stanley Street
  1. Telok Ayer Street (between Boon Tat Street and McCallum Street)
  1. Amoy Street (between Telok Ayer Street and Boon Tat Street)
  1. Boon Tat Street
  1. McCallum Street
  1. Maxwell Link

  1. Esplanade Drive in the direction of Nicoll Highway

During the closure, access into the abovementioned roads and lanes will only be granted to Police and emergency vehicles.

Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
