The Police have arrested two men, aged 41 and 29, for their suspected involvement in two separate cases of loanshark harassment.

In the first case, on 3 September 2017, the Police received a call of an unknown man loitering outside a residential unit at Blk 608 Bedok Reservoir Road. With the assistance of a member of the public, officers from Bedok Police Division detained and subsequently arrested the 41-year-old suspect. Two cans of paints, one blue-coloured marker, two screwdrivers and two debtors’ notes were seized as case exhibits. Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect is also involved in other loanshark harassment cases.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspect is believed to be involved in other loanshark harassment cases.
