The Police have arrested three men aged between 32 and 45 for their suspected involvement in a case of robbery with hurt along Geylang Road.
On 14 September 2019 at about 10.50am, the Police received a report from a male victim that he had been assaulted and robbed of his watch by three men along Geylang Road.
Through investigations and with the aid of images from CCTV cameras, officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division and Bedok Police Division established the identities of the three men and arrested them on 18 and 19 September 2019 at Cantonment Road and Bedok North.
The three men will be charged in court on 20 September 2019 with robbery with hurt under Section 394 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224. If convicted, they will be punished with imprisonment for a term of not less than 5 years and not more than 20 years and not less than 12 strokes of the cane.
