The Police have arrested a 54-year-old man for his suspected involvement in two cases of outrage of modesty in the vicinity of Holland Avenue.
On 25 August 2020, two victims reported that they had been molested by an unknown man while walking along the pavement at Holland Avenue.
Through investigations and with the aid of images from CCTV, officers from Clementi Police Division established the identity of the man and arrested him along Holland Avenue on 26 August 2020, within 24 hours of the report.
The man will be charged in court on 27 August 2020 with outrage of modesty. The offence of outrage of modesty under Section 354(1) of the Penal Code carries an imprisonment term which may extend to two years, or a fine, or caning, or any combination of such punishments.
