Eligibility

Applicants who are directly involved in the case or are legally acting on their behalf. The Police may reject the application in absence of this established right, and as an exercise of administrative discretion.

Pre-Requisites

• Client/Applicant’s particulars (Title, Full Name, NRIC)
• Singapore registered contact number (e.g. mobile/ office or residential number)
• Report/IP Number
• Date of Accident/Violation (for Traffic Police’s application)
• Case details (e.g. nature of offence, date and time of case)

Processing Time

• Approximately three weeks from the receipt of the application and if all necessary information are provided
• You will be notified of the outcome via email. You can login to ‘Check Application Status for Certified True Copy of Police Documents’ to view your application status.

Transaction Completion Time

15 - 30 mins.
