Direct-Entry Sergeant

Rise to the challenge. Be in the thick of the action – uphold the law, protect life and property, prevent and detect crime.

Be equipped to succeed in your policing duties with a residential training programme lasting 6 months (Direct-Entry Sergeant). Undergo a well-structured curriculum that includes lessons in criminal law, physical training, community policing, as well as leadership development.

As a uniformed officer, you will also be eligible for retirement benefits under the INVEST Scheme. A contribution of 7.75% of your gross salary will be credited monthly into your retirement account, starting from your 7th year of service. This money will be invested to earn investment returns.
