The Police Community Roadshow (PCR) 2025 made its return to the heartlands on 29 and 30 November 2025 at Woodlands and 6 and 7 December 2025 at Heartbeat@Bedok. The two sessions offered visitors an excellent look at Police work and reinforced the vital role of community partnerships in keeping Singapore safe.
A Movement for All of Us
Launched at PCR 2025 on 29 November 2025, the “SaferSG, Together” movement aims to mobilise the community to partner the Singapore Police Force (SPF) in making Singapore safer. The movement will strengthen collaborations in four key areas: Crime Prevention, Scam Education, Road Safety Education and Emergency Preparedness.
Members of the public can play their part by staying informed of the latest crime advisories and alerts. Organisations can also enhance the safety and security of their staff and premises by participating in the Workplace on Watch programme.
Meeting Friends and Neighbours
PCR 2025 showcased the latest technologies and equipment used by the SPF, including new vehicles, with our friendly officers on hand to share more about how they keep Singapore safe and secure.
In a first for the Roadshow, members of the public could play two anti-scam Virtual Reality games developed by the SPF with Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Singapore Polytechnic. These games helped visitors learn about scam prevention in an engaging and immersive way.
Through the “Coffee with a Cop” initiative, Community Policing Unit (CPU) officers also connected with members of the public over beverages, learnt their concerns and shared crime prevention advisories in a relaxed, informal setting.
Fun for the Whole Family
Throughout the day, visitors were entertained by an engaging series of performances and demonstrations. One crowd favourite was the SPF Band, which delivered stellar concerts that had audiences tapping their feet and singing along.
Visitors were also treated to stellar demonstrations of the Police’s operational capabilities onstage that showcased our officers’ handling various scenarios such as an attack by armed suspects.
Another crowd favourite was the meet-and-greet session with the Police K-9 Unit! Families were delighted to get up close with the furry crimefighters and their handlers.
Children had plenty to enjoy at PCR 2025, with Police-themed bouncy castles, a dedicated fingerprint-lifting activity station and even a Crimewatch booth with uniforms for them to wear!
Recognising Our Safety Youth Champions
The Roadshows also served as an opportunity to recognise our youth partners for their stalwart efforts. On 6 December, Mr Goh Pei Ming, Minister of State for the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Social and Family Development, presented awards to winners of "The GRYPHON Initiative" (TGI) competition and the “Youth Against Scams” (YAS) video competition.
Organised by Bedok Police Division, TGI enhances existing youth engagement programmes by bringing together schools, the Honorary Volunteer Special Constabulary programme and the National Police Cadet Corps to strengthen the awareness of youth crime prevention. The YAS video competition is organised by Clementi Police Division and engages youths in creating and sharing anti-scam videos on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Congratulations to all the winners!
