1.1 Pre-requisites or Eligibility Criteria
Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Current FIN Holders
Applicants residing in Singapore or overseas must apply via Singpass login.
Former NRIC/FIN Holders
Non-citizens and non-permanent residents who previously held valid NRIC or FIN but are ineligible for Singpass accounts must complete OTP verification (sent to provided email address) in FormSG.
