You can apply for or renew a Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) online.

1.1 Pre-requisites or Eligibility Criteria
You must have a valid eyesight test result.
PDL renewal can only be done 1 month before the expiry date of your PDL or after your PDL had expired for less than 3 years.
Valid Basic Theory Test (BTT) pass result or valid Qualified Driving Licence (QDL) is required if you want to apply for Class 2B PDL.
Valid BTT pass result or valid Class 3C/3CA QDL is required if you want to apply for Class 3 PDL.
Valid Class 3/3C QDL is required if you want to apply for Class 4A PDL (for public bus trainees only).
Valid Class 3/3C QDL is required if you want to apply for Class 4 PDL.
Valid Class 3/3C/3A/3CA QDL is required if you want to apply for Class 4P PDL.
Valid Class 3/3C/3A/3CA QDL is required if you want to apply for Class 4AP PDL.
Valid Class 4 QDL is required if you want to apply for Class 5 PDL.
Valid Class 4/4P QDL is required if you want to apply for Class 5P PDL.
The minimum age for application of Class 4, 4P, 4A, 4AP, 5 and 5P PDL is 21 years old. The minimum age for application of Class 2B, 2A, 2, 3 and 3A PDL is 18 years old.
