This eservice is for applicants who wish to
- Collect their driving licence after the suspension/ revocation/ disqualification period (less than 1 year) is over; or
- Cancel their Class 4A/ 4/ 5 driving licence while retaining their Class 2B/ 2A/ 2/ 3/ 3A/ 3C driving licence; or
- Cancel any class of driving licence; or
- Reinstatement of any class of driving licence (earlier removed/ cancelled due to medical reason(s))
1.1 What You Need
Pre-book an appointment via BookingSG before heading down to Traffic Police Headquarters at 10 Ubi Ave 3, Singapore 408865 to collect/ cancel the driving licence.
For reinstatement of any class of driving licence earlier removed/ cancelled due to medical reason(s), a medical certification by a Singapore registered doctor (including the medical tests in the Driving Assessment and Rehabilitation Programme and any other equivalent medical assessment on the fitness to drive a motor vehicle).
