You can check your eligibility for a COM. Your entitlement to a discount from a vehicle insurance premium is subject to the terms under the participating insurance companies, over and above your No-Claim Bonus (NCB).

Drivers who have maintained a continuous demerit-point-free driving record for the past 3 years are eligible for a Certificate of Merit (COM).
