This e-Service is only applicable to the following stolen or lost item:

Camera;
Laptop/Notebook Computer;
Mobile phone or Mobile device with IMEI number [key *#06# for IMEI];
Portable media player; and
Watch.

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

You had previously lodged a Police Report where property was reported as stolen, or a Lost Property Report where property was reported as missing.
Information on the unique serial number, brand, and model of your stolen or lost property was omitted in the report lodged.
The report was lodged within the last 7 calendar days.

Valid email address
Serial number, brand, and model of stolen or lost property (if applicable)
