TP will investigate and take action against violators when the offence was clearly recorded and posed a danger to other road users. As our investigations are confidential and we are dealing with a large number of reports, TP will not be providing any update on our findings, unless you are required to testify in Court.
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
- You must have personally witnessed the traffic violation; and
- You must be willing to testify in court regarding the traffic violation that you are reporting.

- Singpass
- Valid email address
- The date, time and location of violation
- The registration number(s) of vehicle(s) involved
- Evidence of traffic violation, if available: Up to two files of maximum 50MB each in these file formats:
- Video File: MP4, MOV, AVI, FLV, WMV, 3GP, MPEG, MPG, WEBM, MKV
- Audio File: MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC
- Document/Image File: JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF/TIF, WEBP, JIF, PDF, DOC/DOCX, PPT/PPTX, XLS/XLSX, TXT, RTF, XML, CSV, ZIP/7Z, HEIC/HEIF/HEVC, RAR;
