TP will investigate and take action against violators when the offence was clearly recorded and posed a danger to other road users. As our investigations are confidential and we are dealing with a large number of reports, TP will not be providing any update on our findings, unless you are required to testify in Court.
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
- You must have personally witnessed the traffic violation; and
- You must be willing to testify in court regarding the traffic violation that you are reporting.

- Singpass
- Valid email address
- The date, time and location of violation
- The registration number(s) of the vehicle(s) involved
- Evidence of traffic violation, if available.
- Format
- File size: Up to 2 files of maximum 200MB each
- Video format: 3GP, AVI, MP4, MOV, MPEG, MPG, WMV
- Image format: BMP, GIF, HEIC, JIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIF, TIFF
- Document format: PDF, ZIP
