Appeal to Reviewing Tribunal

If you receive a direction or order issued under the Online Criminal Harms Act, you can appeal to the Reviewing Tribunal only after both the following have occurred:

  1. You had applied to a designated officer for reconsideration of a direction or to the Competent Authority for reconsideration of an order; and
  2. The designated officer or the Competent Authority has rejected the application for reconsideration.

You must file the appeal to the Reviewing Tribunal no later than 30 days after the notice of the decision of the designated officer or the Competent Authority was given.

Fees

You are required to pay a non-refundable fee of $200 for each appeal to the Reviewing Tribunal.

How to file an appeal

Please email secretary@ochatribunal.gov.sg for the payment instructions. This is mandatory. Completed appeal forms will only be processed after payment of the fee has been received.

Click Notice of Appeal to download the form for appeal.

The appeal form must be filled out in full and submitted to secretary@ochatribunal.gov.sg
