Launched by Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State for Home Affairs and National Development on 17 November 2023 at the SRSC Gala Dinner, this road safety themed storybook follows Kay and Bear Bear on a colourful adventure to a surprise birthday party at the park.

Through the vibrant illustrations and affable characters such as TP’s Khai and Rachel and the SRSC’s Zebra Family, the storybook aims to inculcate good road safety habits amongst young children in the hope that they will become responsible road users in future.
