TENDER CLOSING FOR SITE AT LORONG BISTARI FOR NEXT-GENERATION DRIVING CENTRE


Singapore, 26 February 2026 – The Singapore Police Force (SPF) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the site at Lorong Bistari for a multi-storey “Next-Generation Driving Centre” (NGDC) today.

The site at Lorong Bistari was launched for public tender on 8 October 2025. 

Please see Annex A for details of the site and tender bids received.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
