Submit Appeal Against Driving Licence Refusal on Medical Grounds

The e-service is for:

1)  Elderly drivers above the age of 65 years who have not been granted their driving licence as they did not pass the prescribed medical examination and wish to make an appeal.

2)  Learner drivers / drivers who have not been granted their driving licence on medical grounds and wish to make an appeal.

If you have a medical condition(s) listed under Rule 8 of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences), such as epilepsy, mental disorder, sudden attacks of disabling giddiness or other physical disability, your appeal for a new or renewal of a driving licence will not be acceded to.
