Traffic Arrangements For Chinatown Chinese New Year Event

To facilitate the implementation of Safe Distancing Measures in Chinatown on the eve of Chinese New Year, Temple Street will be closed to vehicular traffic on 11 February 2021 from 12pm till 2am on 12 February 2021.

During the closure, access will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. Auxiliary police officers will be deployed along the affected road to assist and direct motorists.

Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed.
