“Exercise Heartbeat” is a multi-agency counter-terrorism exercise aimed at enhancing community preparedness in dealing with a terror attack under the SGSecure movement. The exercise, led by the Police and supported by the SCDF and SAF, was held at One Punggol on 23 August 2024.

Assoc Prof Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs & Ministry of National Development, graced the event as Guest of Honour.
