In his address, Mr Patrick Tay highlighted that the Singapore Police Force (SPF) is well recognised as a world-class police organisation, having achieved a high level of public trust. He reminded the graduands that as Police officers, they are now integral to the safety and security of the community. He said that whether deployed on the frontline or in supporting roles, they play a crucial part in safeguarding Singapore. The graduands must uphold the highest standards of conduct and recognise that their actions reflect the trust the communities placed in them.

Congratulations to the graduands!
