The following gambling services are now regulated by the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) under a class licence regime:
Under the class licence regime, there is no need for an operator to apply for a licence from GRA. An operator is also not required to submit any notification or documents to GRA. Instead, the operator can operate as long as all applicable requirements which are specified in the class licence order are met. |
