Police Report

INTRODUCTION

Members of Public can use the E-service to lodge a Police report that does not require immediate Police action.

For emergency, please dial 999 or SMS 71999.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

If your credit card(s) has been stolen, you may wish to call the issuing bank immediately to cancel the credit card(s). This will prevent the misuse of the lost credit card(s).

Contact the relevant banks immediately for assistance. This will prevent the misuse of the lost credit card(s).

Step 1: Log on to E-service via SingPass

Step 2: Follow on screen instructions to lodge the Police report
Step 3: Review the contents of the Police report and confirm the submission

Unique serial number (USN) of lost property (If applicable)
Can’t remember USN?
You can log in again within 7 days to update the USN. Click 
here to update
After 7 days, you will need to contact the Police Officer assigned to your case to provide the USN
