Through ground enquiries and with the aid of images from CCTV cameras, officers from Bedok Police Division established the identity of the man and arrested him on 20 January 2021. Preliminary investigations revealed that the man is purportedly involved in other similar cases of voyeurism.

Investigations are ongoing. The offence of voyeurism under Section 377BB of the Penal Code carries an imprisonment term which may extend to two years, or fine, or with canning, or with any combination of such punishments.
