The Police have arrested a 31-year-old woman for her suspected involvement in the murder of a 67-year-old man.

On 4 November 2022 at about 5.30am, the Police received a call requesting for assistance at a residential unit along Rivervale Drive. Upon arrival, officers found a 67-year-old man lying motionless with multiple wounds inside the unit. He was subsequently pronounced dead by paramedics at scene. A 31-year-old woman, who is the daughter of the 67-year-old man, was arrested at scene.

The 31-year-old woman will be charged in court on 5 November 2022 with Murder under Section 302(1) of the Penal Code 1871. The offence of murder carries the death penalty. Police investigations are ongoing.
