Woman Arrested For Rash Act

The Police have arrested a 32-year-old woman for her suspected involvement in a case of rash act.

On 23 December 2022 at about 6.28am, the Police were received a report about household items being thrown down from a residential unit along Mount Emily Road. Through ground enquiries, officers from Tanglin Police Division established the identity of the woman and arrested her.

Police investigations are ongoing. The offence of rash act under Section 336(a) of the Penal Code 1871 carries an imprisonment term which may extend to six months, a fine of up to $2,500, or both.
