Outdoor Refreshment Area (ORA) is to strictly adhere to the licensed timing or the authorised timing for use of the ORA, whichever is earlier.
Example:
- The liquor licence is granted from 0600hrs to 2359hrs while usage of ORA is allowed until 2300hrs. In this case, the supply and consumption of liquor at the ORA is permitted until 2300hrs.
