The Warrant to Arrest is a directive order issued by the Court to arrest and produce a person before the Court. Any person who has an outstanding Warrant to Arrest:
- Shall follow the instructions as indicated on this website; and
- Can be arrested by the Police anywhere within Singapore at any time without further notice.
