The 23rd Shangri-La Dialogue will be held in Singapore from 29 May to 31 May 2026 at Shangri-La Singapore.
As part of security operations, the Police will be conducting security checks on vehicles in the vicinity of Shangri-La Singapore during the event period. The public is advised to comply strictly with the instructions of the Police and any non-compliance will be dealt with firmly in accordance with the law.
Traffic and parking arrangements for Shangri-La Dialogue at Shangri-La Singapore from 28 May to 31 May 2026
Motorists are advised to avoid the surrounding roads of Shangri-La Singapore, including Anderson Road and Orange Grove Road, and to plan their journey by taking the following alternative routes:
- Use Scotts Road if proceeding to:
i. Stevens Road from Tanglin Road; or
ii. Orchard Road from Stevens Road; or
iii. Balmoral Road from Tanglin Road; and - Use Draycott Park or Draycott Drive if going to Ardmore Park i.e., no through road between Ardmore Park lamp post 8 and Anderson Road from 11.00 pm on Thursday, 28 May 2026 to 5.00 pm on Sunday, 31 May 2026.
In addition, entry for commercial vehicles (vehicle registration plates starting with “G”, “W”, “X” or “Y”) into Anderson Road will be restricted.

As parking within Shangri-La Singapore will be limited, hotel guests are advised to take public transport or plan for alternative transport arrangements, including taxis and ride-hailing services. Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking illegally or causing obstruction will be towed.

Temporary Restricted Area over Shangri-La Singapore
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) will be establishing a Temporary Restricted Area (TRA) (see Annex A) over Shangri-La Singapore from 29 May 2026, Friday, to 31 May 2026, Sunday, during the following periods:

During the above-stated dates and timings, the conduct of aerial and unmanned aircraft activities within and into the TRA is prohibited and is an offence under the Air Navigation (96 – Aerial Activities and Dangerous Lights) Regulations 2025 (ANR-96) and the Air Navigation (101 – Unmanned Aircraft Operations) Regulations 2019 (ANR-101) respectively. Any contravention of these regulations constitutes an offence under section 14(3) of the Air Navigation Act. Under section 14(4) of the Act, a person guilty of such an offence shall be liable on conviction to a fine of up to S$50,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, or both, for the first offence, and a fine of up to S$100,000 or imprisonment of up to five years, or both, for the second and subsequent offence.

The TRA boundary will be based on a 1-kilometre radius from Shangri-La Singapore (LL: 1o 18’ 40’’ N, 103o 49’ 36’’ E) and will be in effect during the stipulated dates and timings.
