2 To facilitate the traffic arrangements for the event, the following roads and lanes will be closed to vehicular traffic during the stipulated timing:

Change In Vehicular Traffic Direction
3 Vehicular traffic on the carriageway of Race Course Road in the direction of Balestier Road (between Rangoon Road and the carpark exit of Block 684 of Race Course Road) shall be reversed during the above closures from 6.00am on Monday, 2 February 2015 to 3.00am on Wednesday, 4 February 2015.
4 The following roads will also be converted into 2-way traffic during the stipulated timing:

5 During the road closures, access into the above-mentioned roads will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles.
6 Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed away.
