    Appeal For Next-Of-Kin – Mr Yap Neng Kai

    The Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 65-years-old Mr Yap Neng Kai to come forward. 

    Mr Yap, a former resident at Apartment Block 363C Sembawang Crescent, passed away on 6 November 2023. 

    Anyone with information is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000 or submit information online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
