On 12 September 2026, the Singapore Police Force (SPF), together with the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) and nightlife industry partners, launched the Safe Clubbing Campaign (SCC) 2026 at Zouk. The Guest of Honour for the event was Ms Sim Ann, Second Minister for Foreign Affairs and Second Minister for Home Affairs.
Now in its sixth year, the SCC continues to foster a safe and responsible environment for patrons and staff across Public Entertainment (PE) establishments.
This year’s campaign features the tagline “Don’t be a Bystander! SPOT it. Report it.” It urges patrons to remain vigilant and report situations of concern or criminal activities promptly to staff, security personnel or the SPF.
Strengthening Partnerships for Safer Nightlife
At the launch, the SPF expressed its appreciation towards longstanding key partners including the Singapore Nighttime Business Association (SNBA), Singapore River One (SRO) and Singapore Alliance for Responsible Drinking (SARD) for their contributions towards the SCC 2026. The SPF also recognised the support of partners such as Zouk and CQ @ Clarke Quay, who joined the campaign efforts this year.
A key initiative introduced at the launch was the Safe Clubbing Partner Programme. Jointly fronted by the NCPC and SNBA with support from the SPF, it recognises PE establishments that adopt crime prevention measures and enhance safety efforts. Participating establishments have committed to promoting the SCC 2026 and equipping staff with crime prevention advisories.
The SCC 2026 also integrates crime prevention reminders into nightlife spaces through a range of campaign collaterals and giveaways, such as reflective mirror stickers, coasters and phone holders.
Furthermore, the SCC debuted its inaugural roadshow on 12 September at CQ @ Clarke Quay. Through interactive activities, crime prevention advisories and collaterals, visitors were reminded that safe clubbing is a shared responsibility.
SPOT it. Report it. on TikTok
Extending its outreach online, the SCC 2026 features a TikTok contest running from 12 September to 11 October 2026. Open to Singapore residents aged 18 and above, the contest invites participants to create short videos using a custom SCC 2026 augmented reality effect to creatively demonstrate how they would club safely and report irregularities.
Eligible submissions must include the hashtag #safeclubbingcampaign2026 and tag the SPF, NCPC and SARD TikTok accounts. Top entries stand a chance to win CapitaLand vouchers worth $100 to $2,000.

Keeping Our Nightlife Safe Together
A safe nightlife culture cannot be achieved through enforcement alone.
Superintendent of Police Sim Ming Jeh, Commanding Officer of Orchard Neighbourhood Police Centre, said, “The Police will continue to work with nightlife operators and stakeholders to enhance safety. We encourage everyone to stay vigilant, look out for one another, and report crime promptly.”
