The Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 74-year-old Mr Tay Hua Meng, who was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black pants in the vicinity of Block 1 Tampines Ave 3 on 23 March 2026 at about 2.40pm. 

Anyone with information is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000 or submit information online at www.police.gov.sg/i-witness. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
