Active Staff List

To download a copy of your active staff list, login to Licensed Entities Enquiry Module using your company’s CorpPass and follow the following steps:

  1. Select “Licensed Entities”
  2. Select “Singapore Police Force” > Enquiry on Existing SPF Licences
  3. At “Licence Type” drop down box, select “In-House Employers”
  4. Select “Active Staff List” from the “Enquiry Type” drop down box
  5. Enter the Licence No. and click the search button

Enquiry on Security Officer's Employment Grade and Training Status

To check on the Security Officer's employment grade and training status, login to GoBusiness using your company’s CorpPass and follow the following steps:

  1. Select “Licensed Entities”
  2. Select “Singapore Police Force” > Enquiry on Existing SPF Licences
  3. At “Licence Type” drop down box, select “In-House Employers”
  4. Select “Individual Licence” from the “Enquiry Type” drop down box
  5. Enter the licensed Security Officer’s NRIC/FIN No and click the search button
  6. System will display the officer’s particulars
  7. Click “View training records”

Notification of Employment

To notify on employment of Security Officers or Private Investigators, login to GoBusiness using your company’s CorpPass and follow the following steps:

  1. Select “Licence Application” > “Amend Existing Licence”
  2. Select Registration of In-House Employer
  3. Select “Notification of Employment” and click the Next button
  4. Enter the licensed Security Officer or Private Investigator’s NRIC/FIN No and select either “Security Officer” or “Restricted Security Officer” from the “Licence Type” drop down box
  5. Click “Add” button to notify employment of more than one licensed Security Officer or Private Investigator
  6. Select “Proceed” to submit the notification.

To notify on cessation of Security Officers or Private Investigators, login to GoBusiness using your company’s CorpPass and follow the following steps:

  1. Select “Licence Application” > “Amend Existing Licence”
  2. Select Registration of In-House Employer
  3. Select “Notification of Cessation” and click the Next button
  4. Enter the licensed Security Officer or Private Investigator’s NRIC/FIN No and select either “Security Officer” or “Restricted Security Officer” from the “Licence Type” drop down box
  5. Indicate the cessation date of the Security Officer or Private Investigator in the “Cessation Date” box
  6. Click “Add” button to cease employment of more than one licensed Security Officer or Private Investigator
  7. Select “Proceed” to submit the notification.

Security Officers Training Requirements

As an employer of your Security Officers, a registered In-House Employer ought to be familiar with the training requirements and job functions for each staff grade under the Security Progressive Wage Model (PWM).

Security Officers must have attained the relevant training certifications before they can perform certain job functions.

Private Investigators Training Requirements

Prior to deployment, all licensed Private Investigators are required to pass and submit the statement of attainment for the WSQ module of ‘Perform investigation activities in compliance with legal requirement (PI)’.

Those who have not passed the module will be deemed untrained Private Investigators and if deployed, will be in breach of the Licensing Conditions.
