Deployment Of Police Self-Help Kiosks At Servicesg Centres At Our Tampines Hub And One Punggol

The Police launched two self-help kiosks at the ServiceSG Centres at Our Tampines Hub and One Punggol on 1 August and 29 September 2022 respectively.

Members of the public can lodge police reports and access other police e-services via the Police self-help kiosk, without needing to visit a Neighbourhood Police Centre or Neighbourhood Police Post. The Police self-help kiosk offers a touch-screen function and has an easy user interface. This service enables residents with no internet connection to access police e-services easily.

The deployment of Police self-help kiosks at ServiceSG Centres are part of the Police’s ongoing efforts to increase accessibility to Police services within the community, to better meet evolving community needs and to step-up digitalisation efforts.

The Police self-help kiosks are located in the digital lobby areas of the ServiceSG Centres. ServiceSG staff are able to assist on the use of the kiosks during Centre opening hours, from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Sundays (except Public Holidays).
