Application for Reconsideration
Important Information
You can make an application to cancel or substitute a direction or order if you fall within any of the categories in the table below.

The application for reconsideration of a direction or order must be submitted no later than 30 days from the date on the direction or order.

Enquiries
Please contact the OCHA office at SPF_OCHA_Office@spf.gov.sg if you have enquiries on the direction or order received or issued against your account or content.
How to cancel an application
You may withdraw your reconsideration application at any time before the reconsideration authority makes a decision in respect of the reconsideration application.
To cancel the application, please email to SPF_OCHA_Office@spf.gov.sg, indicating your full name, identification number and direction/order reference number if you are a recipient of the direction or order, as provided in the Form for Application for Reconsideration.
